The date of the F3P Finnish Championships has been changed from March to April 2nd. The reason for the change is the open Lithuanian championships on the same weekend.

The third F3P competition of winter season 2010-2011 will be held in Laukaa (near Jyväskylä) on february 5th 2011. We have the hall from 9-20. Also foreign competitors are welcome.

F3P Finnish Championships will be held in Iittala-Hall on April 2nd 2011. Iittala is located near Hämeenlinna, 125km north of Helsinki, 60km south of Tampere). The F3P FAI class will fly also the F3P-AF finals program. Rest of the classes, F3P Sport, Advanced and Aeromusicals are part of Finnish Cup 2011.

Iittala-Hall is a basketball court sized hall with around 1200 sqm and ~10m free height.

The last competition of season 2011 will be held at Hämeenkyrö airfield on August 27.-28th.
NOTE! In this competition F3A FAI will fly the new P-13 preliminary program!!!
The third competition of season 2011 will be held at Ahmosuo airfield in Oulu on June 2.-3rd.
The second competition of season 2011 will be held in Paattinen, Turku on June 11.-12th.
The first competition of season 2011 will be held in Ruotsinpyhtää on May 21.-22nd.
Lassi Nurila placed 14th on the F3A World Cup 2010. Antti Aho-Mantila was 82nd.
Lassi’s best placings in the individual world cup competitions were 3rd in Reichenburg, Switzerland and 6th in Grandrieu, Belgium.
Winner was Sebastiano Silvestri (ITA), 2nd Gerhard Mayr (AUT) and 3rd Stefan Kaiser (LIE). There were 189 participants to the cup.

The Finnish National team is participating in the 15th European Championships for F3A Radio-controlled model aircraft in Kapfenberg, Austria.
The pilots are Lassi Nurila, Kimmo Kaukoranta and Jani Loikkanen. Team manager is Antti Aho-Mantila.

inSkaala 2010 will be held in Kippari-hall in Kokkola. F3P Indoor aerobatic contest will be flown in all classes.
The 2011 F3A World Championships will be hosted by USA in Muncie.
